Imagine buying a car,TAIM Exchange driving it off the lot, showing it to your friends and then you get a call from the dealership. The financing fell through and you have to agree to new terms or bring the car back. It might sound fishy, but many dealers say it's legal and a recent NPR survey found it happens quite a bit.
